Tattoo Removal

The tattoo removal process used is saline tattoo removal. This process is safer and more effective than other tattoo removal processes. The procedure is very similar to a tattoo procedure. Instead of inserting ink a natural salt based pigment that breaks the color down in your skin and causes the ink to come out instead of dissolve in your body like other popular methods do. 

What to avoid prior to the procedure:

48 hours prior to the procedure, you should not:

  • Exercise

  • Drink alcohol or caffeine

  • Take aspirin or ibuprofen

  • Tan or get excessive sun exposure

72 hours prior to the procedure, you should not:

  • Have eyebrow waxing, tinting, or threading done

2 weeks prior to the procedure, you should not:

  • Have microdermabrasion, lasers, or peels done

  • Use alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), chemical exfoliates or “brightening” skin care products

  • 1-2 months prior to the procedure, you should not:

  • Have any Botox or filler on the forehead, temple, and eye area

  • Eye Surgery (eyeliner)

NOTE: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

Before your appointment you should: 

The Day of you should:

  • Come to your appointment with a clean face

  • Bring  a pair of glasses if you are getting eyeliner. You cannot wear contact for 72 hours after appointment. 

72 hours prior to the procedure you should:

  • If getting a lip tattoo you should start using Zovirax cream on your lips if you've ever had a cold sore/fever blister

1 week prio to the procedure you should:

  • Stop any use of Retin A or Retinol Products

The services are not recommended and require a doctors note to be able to receive the procedure:

Pregnant or lactating

Glaucoma 

Psoriasis, eczema and/or undiagnosed rashes/blisters on the site to be treated

Allergies to cosmetic tattoo pigment, lidocaine and other topical anesthetics, alcohol

Those prone to keloids and scarring or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis

Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed

Hemophilia

Healing disorders

Uncontrolled blood pressure

Juvederm or other fillers in that area within the last two months

Surgery or Injury to the area receiving the procedure.
